Some accounts are located in remote or less populated areas. The assigning representative will be contacted if the response time will take longer than usual.
  3. When should an account be submitted for a “Field Contact”? The best opportunity for immediate results on past due accounts is early in the delinquency. We typically attempt “Field Contacts” between 15 to 120 days delinquent. The opportunity decreases as each day passes and as time progresses. The time and opportunity to professionally work with the debtor dissipates as their other bills become due.
